About Kimberly

Kimberly Hughes is a dedicated and resourceful real estate professional who recently joined @properties Team Houlihan. A new resident of North Edgebrook, Kimberly brings five years of real estate experience, having worked extensively with investors on the South Side of Chicago. Her transition into real estate was a natural evolution of her professional journey, blending her keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and strategic mindset.

Before becoming a realtor, Kimberly worked for fifteen years as acting Practice Administrator for My Dental Gallery in Chicago, where she successfully managed operations for three clinics. In addition to her corporate and real estate expertise, Kimberly's entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch VibeVents, an event planning business where she combines creativity and precision to curate exceptional experiences for her clients.

Known for her meticulous approach and strong negotiation skills, Kimberly is a trusted advocate for her clients. While soft-spoken, she has a remarkable ability to navigate complex deals, ensuring her clients reach the closing table on their terms. Her deep understanding of Chicago’s dynamic market, paired with her strategic execution, makes her the ideal realtor for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.  Beyond real estate, Kimberly enjoys reading African American literature, watching football, volunteering at her church, and spending quality time with her family.
