We had some very specific requests for our home and we were able to achieve that while staying under budget. Kassie and her team helped us negotiate a fair price under asking and made sure everything was cleaned up for an easy close on the property. One of the best parts of working with Kassie as a first-time home buyer was the list of contacts she was able to provide. She helped us schedule inspections/repairs on the water heater, gas line, sewer, etc. with trusted people to make sure we would not get overcharged.
