We had some very specific requests for our home and we were able to achieve that while staying under budget. Kassie and her team helped us negotiate a fair price under asking and made sure everything was cleaned up for an easy close on the property. One of the best parts of working with Kassie as a first-time home buyer was the list of contacts she was able to provide. She helped us schedule inspections/repairs on the water heater, gas line, sewer, etc. with trusted people to make sure we would not get overcharged. She helped us ensure we had everything inspected on the property and provided us with a great + fairly priced lawyer to negotiate fixes for issues on the house with the sellers.
